Moreover, the conscious inclusion of breathing and feeling your body helps you to find your inner equilibrium again and to keep your body healthy.

Under the direction of Walter Brummer – who came upon yoga during a journey to Tibet and since then has competed the most varying courses (Ashtanga, Iyengar, Power and Jivamukti yoga styles) – you will also manage to bring body and spirit into harmony.

Our courses are held every Wednesday – free of charge for our hotel guests – in the sauna area
