emphasis in this connection lies in the combination of flowing
movements and held body positions (asana).
Moreover, the conscious inclusion of breathing and feeling your
body helps you to find your inner equilibrium again and to keep
your body healthy.
Under the direction of Walter Brummer – who came upon yoga
during a journey to Tibet and since then has competed the most
varying courses (Ashtanga, Iyengar, Power and Jivamukti yoga
styles) – you will also manage to bring body and spirit into
harmony.
Our courses are held every Wednesday – free of charge for
our hotel guests – in the sauna area
from 19 – 21.00. |
